Do I choose synchronous or asynchronous control systems for the led display?
If your display needs live broadcast and needs contact with video processor for switching different signals for events and rental services, then you need synchronous control system. Usually the synchronous control system require a control room for the led display.
If your led display mainly for advertisements and need use CMS to update programs to the display remotely, then can choose the asynchronous control system.
What’s the maximum and average power of the led display?
The maximum power of the display is when to have the display showed pure white. The average power of the led is around 1/3 of the maximum power when it displaying pictures and videos.
What’s the power requirement of one circuit for the led display?
It is 15-20A for one circuit. And 1 circuit is suggest to load 3600w in maximum under 220-240v and 1800w in maximum under 110-120V
What's the minimum,optimal and maximum viewing distance of LED display?
a. Minimum viewing distance=pixel pitch(mm)x1000/1000
Take a example for P10mm, the minimum viewing distance is 10x1000/1000=10m
b. Optimal viewing distance of LED display=pixel pitch(mm)x3000/1000
Take a example of p10mm, the optimal viewing distance is 10x3000/1000=30m
c. Maximum viewing distance=height*30(times)
Take a example of p10mm,if the size of the screen is 5mx3m(WXH),then the maximum viewing distance is 3mx30=90m.
Can we keep the same color and brightness for different batches of led display?
If the display needs keep the same color and brightness then needs to use the exact same batch led lamps. So if you want to keep the same brightness and color of different batches led displays. Usually we will do the following steps.
a, try to check the same batch of led lamps. If the same batch of led lamps were available, then no problem on the exact same color and brightness.
b, if no same batch of led lamps, then will try to get the led lamps with similar specifications.And then just to adjust the similar brightness and color.
C, if no same batch or similar led specification led lamps available, then we will notice that can not get the same or similar color and brightness display.
