Up to 2 years Standard Warranty
Litestar offers up to 2 years standard warranty on our products,  The warranty period starts from the products delivered date. 

 


Terms and Conditions


The warranty
Upon receiving and accepting your payment, we will provide you with cover for your purchase(s) as stated in this warranty. During the Warranty Period, the customer will be required to operate the product according to product specifications.


What is covered by this Warranty
1. Free maintenance service during the Warranty Period. Clients can send back the damaged parts back to LITESTAR for repairing freely within warranty. If the parts can not be repaired then LITESTAR arrange to send new parts to customers. 
2. LITESTAR Absorbs single freight cost during the Warranty Period;
 
What is not covered by the Warranty
1.Any damage caused by improper operation
2.Any damage caused by fire, flood earthquake and other natural disasters
3.Any malicious artificial damage  


Out of 2 years warranty 
Customers can still send back the parts to LITESTAR for repairing when the display is out of warranty period. Customers need absorb fright of returning and sending back. And absorb the labor cost of repairing. LITESTAR charge minimum cost of labors to customers. 


Door-to-Door Technical Support cost
If customers require door-to-door technical support. LITESTAR can send engineers to customers sites to help with installation and maintenance guidance. Customers will bear all the expenses, including visa fee, boarding fee, transportation fee,accommodation, food and daily labor cost. The daily labor cost of engineers is 200usd/person/day and the cost starts to count from the day engineers set out for your city.
