What’s the lead time of your led display?
Usually the led display needs around 20-25 days for production. If you need urgent need time, then please contact our sales for assistance.
What’s the warranty of your led display?
We provide standard 2 years warranty. If you want extend the warranty, then please contact our sales for details.
what’s the delivery term you have?
We have EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP and DDU for your options
Is it single phase or 3 phase power for led display?
LED display needs contact with single phase power. The 3 phase power is for power distribution box.
What’s the brightness of your led display?
It is 800-1000nits brightness for indoor led display, 5000-6000nits brightness for outdoor led display. We also can customized 9000-10000nits ultra-high brightness.
What’s the control system of your led display?
We usually have Novastar, Colorlight control system for our led display. We can also support use any other control systems as required by clients include Huidu, Linsn, SY solution, Mooncell (usually Mooncell is for irregular shape displays)
How can I repair the led display
We provide some free of charge spare parts and also some charged spare parts shipped with the display. Customers can use these parts to replace the damaged ones for maintenance quickly. And then collect these damaged parts and send them back to us together for repairing. We repair and send them back for free within the warranty period. We charge labor cost and freight cost for repairing the parts after the warranty period.
8.How can I get technical support for the led display
We provide instruction manual to customers. They can follow the manual to install the do display debugging. Our engineers can also remote control customer’s PC (use Anydesk or Teamviewer remote control software) to provide technical support. If the customers required our engineers go to their sites we can also support this. All the cost of sending engineers there will be absorbed by customers.
