Precautions of using led displays
Precautions of lighting on LED display
1.Humidity ≦60%RH,Suggest lighting on the led display 1 time at least each week. Turn on the display with 60% brightness  for 2 hours at least. The suggested turn on time is between 7:00-10:00 am  
2.Humidity between 60%~85%RH, suggest lighting on the led display 1 time at least each day. Turn on the display with 60% brightness for 2 hours. he suggested turn on time is between 7:00-10:00 am  
3. Humidity ≧85%RH, suggest lighting on the led display every day. Turn on the display with 60% brightness for 2-4 hours. the suggested turn on time is between 7:00-10:00 am
4.If the display was not using for more than 7 days, then light on the display with 20-50% brightness for more than 12 hours before normal brightness (80%-100%) displaying. Like 20% brightness for 2-3 hours, then 30% brightness for 2-3 hours,,,,,,,,,

 

Precautions of providing power to LED Display
1.LED display and steel structure needs to be well-grounded to avoid ESD harm the led display
ESD would harm led lamp cause brightness reduced or even breakdown chip and damage the led lamps completely. 
2.LED Module input voltage is DC 5v (working voltage is 4.2-5.2v). Prohibit to use AC power. The power supplier of positive and negative poles is prohibit to connect in reverse. The wrong connection would cause the modules burnt. 
3.If used wide range voltage power supplies for the led display then input voltage is AC90-264V. If used narrow range voltage power supplies then the display input voltage is either 220-240V or 110-120V. For 220-240v power supplies can only provide 220-240v AC input power while the 110-120V power supplies can only provide 110-120V AC input power accordingly
4.If found trip off problem, need check wiring and short circuit problem firstly before proving power to the display again. 
5.Keep stable power to the display, if the voltage of the power is not stable then need a voltage stablizer for the led display
6.Need provide bigger power distribution box for the display based on maximum power. Like if the maximum power of the led display is 100KW, then need provide 1.2-1.5 times power distribution box (120-150kw) as the transient of the display is big.
