Daily maintenance and maintenance of small-pitch LED display

With the rapid development of LED technology, it has become more and more common to gradually replace DLP, LCD splicing, and projection products from large-spacing outdoor products to indoor LED displays that can be viewed at close distances. Especially under the current rapid development of smart cities and the security industry, as well as the current development of digital enterprises and the digital age, the demand for indoor display hardware continues to increase.
Routine maintenance
It is recommended to check that the ambient temperature and humidity of the display screen meet the working conditions every day.
Use the display screen and ancillary equipment at least 2 times a week for 2 hours each time; if you do not use the display screen for 14 consecutive natural days, please warm up before using it again.
In order to achieve the best display effect, it is recommended to use an anti-static soft brush to clean up the dust on the surface of the display screen every month.
Check the components of the distribution box quarterly, check the firmness and safety of the power signal line of the display screen, and check whether the display screen is well grounded.
Check the firmness of the steel structure every year.
Not used for a long time-power-on preheating operation
If you do not use the display for 14 consecutive natural days, please follow the instructions below to warm up before using it again.
The following pre-stored screen settings need to be set when the screen is touched for the first time. This setting is only for warm-up operations. If the display is used frequently, the following operations are not required. Choose a pure black background picture, set the boot screen time to 60 seconds, and set the pre-stored picture to be displayed when the network cable is disconnected and there is no DVI signal, and finally saved to the hardware.
