Our SMD workshop is a close area, before enter it, we need to wear anti-static cloth and go through an anti-static room. We combined machine and manual operation together to do self-inspection.
2. Lock of aging test
Aging test is an important guarantee for the reliability of electronic products, and is the last essential step in product production. LED products can improve performance after aging and contribute to stable performance in later use. LED screen aging test is a very important step in product quality control, but it is often overlooked or didn’t finished properly and effectively. Aging test is a method to promote long time use problem. Although some company will do the aging test, they might not do it for enough time. Before packed to our clients, each screen will do the 72-hour-aging test in our aging room, during this time our experienced worker will check it and fixed it or even replace it timely.
